We've supplied picture cars to features, episodic television, commercials and stills shoots across the tri-state since 2004 — including productions working out of the Newark and Brooklyn stages, and a steady run of automotive and fashion campaigns that need something specific for two hours on a Tuesday.
What tends to matter to production, in the order it comes up: whether the insurance paperwork will clear in time, whether the car arrives when the call sheet says, and whether someone can move it three times during the day without a conversation each time. All three are yes.
Insurance and paperwork
Send us your production's certificate holder details and required limits and we'll return a COI naming Gotham Dream Cars as loss payee, usually the same working day. We carry our own commercial policy on the fleet and we're used to being scheduled onto a production's blanket policy where that's simpler.
For union productions we'll supply driver documentation in advance. For anything involving stunt work, process trailers or camera rigs mounted to the car, tell us early — some cars in the fleet are available for that and some categorically aren't.
Show & display, activations and promotional events
Static display for brand activations, launches, showroom placements and trade events, indoor or out. Cars are delivered detailed, with battery tenders and drip trays where a venue requires them, and we can supply a staff member to stay with the car for the duration.
Corporate promotions are the other half of this work — a fleet of exotics dressed for a campaign, a convoy through the city, a stunt that needs eight matching cars on the same morning. We once wrapped the entire fleet as yellow cabs for a television shoot. If the idea needs the cars to look or behave a certain way, tell us the idea, not the car list; we'll build the list.

Picture car inventory
A separate inventory from the rental fleet — cars we'll put on a set that we wouldn't hand to a retail renter, plus period and character vehicles held for production work. Every one of them is on the productions page; pick the car there and send your dates.
