Exotic cars for corporate events & launches

A supercar on the floor at the launch, a pair of them outside the gala, a matched set wrapped for the campaign. We deliver, stage and staff the cars; your guests get the photograph. Nobody drives them but us.

Indoor venues
Yes
Ballrooms, showrooms, atriums and trade-show floors. We work the door widths and the freight elevator out with your venue before the day.
Several cars, one date
Routine
A pair at the entrance, a convoy for the arrival, a matched set on the floor — tell us the idea, not the car list.
On site
Staged & staffed
Detailed on arrival, positioned to your floor plan, and a staff member stays with the car for the duration if you want one.
Paperwork
COI in 24 hrs
Certificate of insurance naming the venue or your agency as additional insured, usually the same working day.

Corporate work is the other half of what the production desk does. The same cars, trucks and drivers that go to a film set go to a product launch on a Tuesday, a dealer open house on a Saturday, and a client dinner where the car outside is the first thing anyone talks about.

What tends to matter to a planner, in the order it comes up: whether the car can get into the room, whether it will look the way the deck promised, and whether someone will be there to handle it so the event staff do not have to. All three are yes.

Launches, activations and trade shows

A hero car on a plinth, a set of them in the brand's colours, a car dressed to a campaign's art direction. We deliver detailed, position to your floor plan and stay through the doors-open window if you want a hand on the car. For a stand, the car arrives before the hall opens and leaves after it closes, on our schedule, not the venue's loading dock's.

Wraps, decals and dressing are routine; we once wrapped the entire fleet as yellow cabs for a television shoot. If the idea needs the cars to look or behave a certain way, tell us the idea and we will build the car list around it.

Galas, client hospitality and dealer events

For an arrival, the car sits where the photographs happen: the entrance, the red carpet, the courtyard. For dealer and showroom events we bring the cars a franchise cannot get, staged beside the ones it sells. Indoor or out, one evening or a week-long placement.

The line we hold is simple: nobody but our own drivers moves the car. That is what lets us put cars on a floor that we would not hand to a renter, and it is what lets a venue say yes.

How an inquiry runs

Open a car, send the dates, the venue address and what the event is. A person from the desk calls or writes back within a working day to talk through the day, including delivery, staging time, staffing and any dressing, and the price, with delivery itemized separately. The certificate of insurance follows once the venue's wording is known. Nothing is booked or charged on the site.

Cars planners ask for

A few from the display floor. Every car we stage is on the productions page; open one, send the dates and the venue, and the desk prices the day.

What planners ask

The logistics questions, answered before the call.

Can the car go inside the venue?

Usually, yes. We bring a drip tray and a battery tender, keep the tank low where a venue asks, and check door widths and the freight elevator with your venue in advance. Tell us the venue when you inquire and we will confirm what fits.

Can guests sit in the car or be photographed with it?

Photographs with the car, yes, and sitting in it with a staff member present is normally fine. Nobody outside our team drives or moves the car, indoors or out.

Can the car be wrapped or branded for a campaign?

Yes. Wraps, decals, dressing and props are all things we have done, including wrapping an entire fleet for a television shoot. Anything applied to the car is agreed in advance and removed by us afterwards.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can for a specific car, and weeks ahead for a multi-car date. If the event is this week, call the production desk rather than sending the form so a person can check quickly.

How is a corporate event priced?

Per inquiry. Pick the car, send the dates and the address, and the desk comes back with a price for the day covering staging and any staffing, with delivery priced separately by address. Nothing is booked or charged on the site.

Do you deliver outside New Jersey and New York?

Yes, anywhere from Boston to Washington, DC on our own enclosed trucks, with our driver positioning the car on site. Farther afield is a conversation with the desk.
