Before you join
How does a miles membership work?
Silver and Gold put $250 or $500 of driving credit on your account every month. When you take a car, you pay for the miles you drive at that car’s rate — $5, $10 or $15 a mile — out of that credit. Short drives under six hours have no mileage minimum; longer bookings carry a 50-mile minimum.
What’s the difference between the miles tiers and private client?
Miles memberships are monthly and pay as you drive. Platinum and Diamond are prepaid: you buy a rental balance worth more than you pay for it — $40,000 for $30,000, or $90,000 for $60,000 — and spend it across the fleet, with first access to new arrivals and the members-only cars.
How far ahead do I book, and for how long?
Book any available car with 24 hours’ notice, for up to 48 hours at a time, subject to availability. There are no blackout dates.
Can someone else drive on my membership?
Yes — share it with up to five drivers. Every driver needs a valid licence and their own auto insurance, the same as a rental.
Can I cancel?
There’s a 12-month minimum term. After that, cancel whenever you like — no notice needed.
What isn’t included?
Gas and E-ZPass tolls are the driver’s, and prices exclude sales tax and the $5-a-day rental car surcharge. Cars are picked up and dropped off in Teaneck; Gold members can add delivery for a fee, subject to availability.
