Refunds

We do not provide refunds for vehicle rentals or gift certificates. However, we may offer credit for extra rental days in certain situations, at our discretion. If there's a mechanical failure during or before your rental, we will try to repair or replace your vehicle with a similar or better model at no extra cost.
