This is the big one. We are tremendously excited to announce the arrival of our first branch office: Gotham Dream Cars has officially opened for business in South Florida.

We’ve opened a beautiful office/future-clubhouse in Delray Beach, FL, loaded up six of our best “summer” cars on an 85-foot trailer (in the middle of the delightful NJ winter rain), and shipped ‘em all down.

Our starting FL lineup contains the Lamborghini Murcielago, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, Ferrari 360 Spider, Ford GT, Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet, and Corvette Z06.

Most notably - we’re offering free delivery on any of our vehicles from West Palm Beach to Miami.

So we all just got back from our first-annual GDC Holiday Party for our members, friends and family.  It was terrific!  Everyone had a blast — the weather was nice, the cars were out in full effect, and the Clubhouse looked as nice as it ever has.  Special thanks to our members & clients who joined us.  And extra-special thanks to the folks over at Bulldog Gin who co-sponsored the night with a responsibly-sipped case of their snazzy new beverage.  Some pictures below, and even more after the jump…

Ok, so we’ve been working away like maniacs over the past few weeks to prepare for some big announcements here at GDC, and it’s all coming together in the next few days.  To get started, we’re pleased to show you a sneak peek of our new logo.  Many thanks to Darrell Russell @ Velocity for doing a seemingly endless number of revisions to get this _just_ right.

What fun would a clubhouse full of exotic cars be without a kickin’ entertainment system? We asked ourselves the very same question, and the answer is ‘not enough’.

So we went out, bribed a few friendly salespeople at our favorite big-box retailer (amazing what offering someone a ride in a Murcielago does for you!), and voila, we ended up with a shopping cart filled with a 50″ Plasma TV, a stack of DVDs & video games, and……that most-elusive of holiday treats, a Playstation 3.

Ahh the length we go for our members & clients…

So we stopped by to see our friends at Manhattan Motorcars yesterday and officially placed our order for not one, but a pair of 2007 Bentley Continental GTCs. Expected arrival time: This coming Spring ‘07 (not bad considering they’re sold out for the next 18 months). Like our color choices? Let us know!

In preparation for the official launch of our DreamShare Club Program (more about this soon), we’ve been putting in some long hours getting our brand new 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse whipped into shape. Walls, check. Floors, check (well, they still need another layer of paint, but we’re close). New bathroom, check. Member Lounge, check. Fitness area, check. It’s a work in progress, but we’ll be there soon.

Still to come: Plasma + Home Theater (can anyone say Movie Nights?), PS3 & XBOX 360 (why make the choice?), Ping Pong table, Pool table, and more…

Well, we couldn’t leave well enough alone with our awesome Murcielago — it was just missing that “special something” (how often do you hear THAT said about a $300k exotic car?). So we went out and got her a set of white-hot “Hercules” wheels…the style that was introduced when the Murcielago Roadster was released. We think it’s a pretty darn good upgrade. Well, we’ve finally decided it’s time to throw our bland ‘ol news page by the wayside…so we’re pleased to announce the new GDC News Section. Yes, yes, we know how many of you feel about blogs - rest assured, no mindless political ranting here (we promise).

Instead, we’ll be filling these hallowed pages with tales from the crazy, adrenaline-pumped world that GDC and its clients live in. Photos, videos, events - straight from the GDC Clubhouse, the highways, the byways, and every place you’ll find our friends, our clients and, most importantly, our cars.

So get psyched, strap in, and drive famous.
